The firm of Kendall, Prebola and Jones, CPAs has been in existence for approximately 50 years, and has a strong presence in National Association organizational audits. Because our culture is to assist our clients and provide value-added services, our client turn-over rate is practically non-existent. The firm currently employees a staff of nine with the intention of adding anoth...er junior staff accountant in the spring of 2017. We focus our efforts within the audit arena of medium to larger sized not-for-profit organizations, however because we are a full-service firm we also prepare compilations, reviews and tax returns for individuals and companies.
Our firm is currently engaged to conduct approximately sixty (60) independent audits. These audits are conducted by three separate audit teams and it is expected that the newly hired audit manager would step in and share the responsibility of supervising and conducting a portion of these audits. Because we are a boutique audit firm, our services are in high demand and our client base has been developed simply through word of mouth. The opportunity for client growth as well as growth for firm staff is unprohibited and endless.
Our office environment is that of a family environment, and staff attrition is extremely limited. The audit manager will become part of the management team and would work hand in hand with the partners. There is a daily interaction between all members of the office (including partners), and staff members are trained through hands on training with the partners.
