We are growing in our Columbus office! Our Client Associates directly impact the client experience and are vital to the success of our organization. In this role, you will be a member of a dynamic team in a collaborative, client-focused environment utilizing your exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. The Client Associate supports the Client Advisor in servicing the needs of high net worth clients. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a willingness to learn and wants to be challenged.
Essential Job Functions for the Client Associate include:
Providing support to the Advisor Teams by administering client data gathering, investments and on-going service processes
Supporting all account transfers
Collecting and preparing initial financial data for financial planning meetings
Preparing investment paperwork
Frequent client, back office and advisor team communications
Reviewing financial data
Preparing investment reports
Researching unusual situations for delays
Interacting with other departments including Investments
Planning to support the preparation process including the creation, revision and amendment of client data management and analysis
Following up with clients other advisors as needed (CPAs, attorneys, etc.)
Providing general office support for the department
Providing primary support for investment advisory group clients
Other duties as needed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related)
CFP® candidate or financial services industry experience
Series 65 or 66 license preferred
Series 65 or 66 license required for Client Associates
Unlicensed candidates are hired as Client Administrators until licensure is obtained
Customer service background preferred
Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience working with high-level, busy professionals
Enjoy being part of a team
Must be highly flexible and confidential with all matters
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Working Conditions: Professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting, will be assigned to a workstation, no heavy lifting over 10 lbs.
